These terms apply to your use of the Boliger mobile app, the website at www.boliger.app, the waitlist, and related services operated by Morales Software.

By using Boliger, you accept these terms.

About Boliger

Boliger is a digital service that helps users find, save, and track rental homes and communicate with relevant landlords or housing providers.

The service is under active development. Features, pricing, and access may change, especially during beta and test periods.

Account and access

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you give us is accurate and for using Boliger lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• attempt to bypass access controls or payment requirements
• misuse the service for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity
• systematically extract data without permission
• use Boliger in a way that harms other users or service operations

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means asking to hear from us about beta access and relevant product updates. The waitlist is not a promise of access at a specific date, and we may prioritize invitations by city, audience type, or other product-relevant factors.

Content and information in the service

Boliger aims to show relevant and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee that all listings, prices, availability states, or descriptions are always correct, complete, or still active.

Paid features

Some features in Boliger may require an active subscription. If you buy a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, the relevant app store’s purchase terms and subscription rules also apply.

Intellectual property

Boliger, including its design, text, software, graphics, trademarks, and other content, belongs to Morales Software or relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

Boliger is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect loss, operational loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or other consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and shutdown

We may change these terms, the features, and the way Boliger works when needed for product, operational, or legal reasons. The latest version will always be available on this page.

We may also decide to discontinue all or part of the service.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Danish law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights.
