Privacy policy

Boliger is operated by Morales Software. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the Boliger mobile app, the website at www.boliger.app, the waitlist, and related support channels.

Who is the data controller?

Morales Software is the data controller for the personal data processed in Boliger. If you have questions about privacy or want to exercise your rights, you can email hello@boliger.app.

What we process

We only process information that is needed to operate Boliger and deliver the features you use.

Account and profile information

When you create an account, we process your email address. If you fill out your profile, we may also process your name, phone number, profession, profile text, and preferred market.

Product activity

When you use Boliger, we may process information about:

• saved favourites
• searches and trackers
• contact and messaging activity between users
• notification preferences
• push tokens used to deliver notifications

Verification

If you choose identity verification, we create a verification session through Signicat. In that process, we may receive information related to the verification, including name and MitID-related references or identifiers that help determine whether a profile is verified.

Payments and subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription in the app, the purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Boliger does not receive your full card details. We receive information about subscription status, product, and entitlements through RevenueCat and the app-store purchase systems.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist on the website, we process your email address and any optional details you choose to give us about your role and city or area. We also use the language context and page path so we can better understand demand.

Support and contact

If you contact us by email, we process the information you send us, including your email address and the content of your message.

How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

• create and manage your account
• send login codes and other service messages
• show relevant listings, favourites, and trackers
• enable contact between users
• deliver push notifications if you have opted in
• complete and document identity verification
• manage subscriptions and access to paid features
• prevent misuse, fraud, and security issues
• answer support requests and improve the service
• send beta invitations and relevant waitlist updates

Legal basis

We generally process your information because it is necessary to deliver the service to you, comply with legal obligations, or pursue our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving Boliger. Where a specific activity requires consent, we ask for it separately, for example for push notifications. For the waitlist, we use your information to manage beta access and relevant product updates, and you can always ask us to stop.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your information for cross-site tracking or advertising across other companies’ apps or websites.

We may share information with processors and infrastructure providers that help us operate Boliger, including:

• Convex for backend infrastructure, storage, authentication, and waitlist handling
• Resend for login emails and future product emails
• Signicat for identity verification
• RevenueCat for subscription state and purchase events
• Apple and Google for app distribution, purchases, and notifications
• Vercel for hosting the marketing website and aggregated traffic insights via Vercel Analytics

Retention and deletion

We keep account and product data for as long as your account is active, or as long as necessary to deliver Boliger, comply with legal obligations, or handle security and dispute-related needs.

Waitlist data is kept until it is no longer relevant for beta access and product updates, or until you ask us to delete it. If you want to be removed from the waitlist, email hello@boliger.app.

Your rights

If you are protected by data-protection laws such as GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive your information in a structured format where relevant.

Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. We use Vercel Analytics to understand high-level traffic patterns, for example which pages are visited and how the website performs. If we add further analytics or marketing tooling later, we will update this policy and introduce the necessary information or consent mechanism.

Changes and contact

We may update this privacy policy as Boliger evolves or when the law requires it. The latest version will always be available on this page.
